About NJ4S

NJ4S is a statewide, innovative hub-and-spoke model which supports youth mental wellness and promotes prevention of bullying, teen suicide, substance use, and more.

Most importantly, the hub staff will connect students and their parents/caregivers to other services that support students' social, emotional and mental health and well-being.

    PerformCare Support Line

    Zoom
    PerformCare is the NJ Children's System of Care, linking children under 21 to behavioral health care, substance use treatment, and intellectual and developmental services. NJ4S offers monthly information sessions and one on one virtual sessions to assist parents, caregivers, and school staff.
